This dry rub is perfect for any beef cut you are smoking, like burnt ends. The sweetness helps create the perfect crust.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Cooking:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl, press evenly onto beef steak(s). 

  2. Grillpan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
