This rub is full of flavors from your favorite chili. Use this rub on steaks, roasts or add to your favorite chili recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

Cooking:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steak(s).

  2. Grillpan-broil or broil steaks; place roast in oven and cook according to chart. Cook to medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness.
